1. Services Provided
MON-KEY Auto Locksmith offers mobile vehicle locksmith services, including but not limited to:
Car key duplication
Remote key programming
Lost key replacement
Emergency vehicle lockout help service
All services are subject to availability and response times may vary depending on location and workload.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate information about the vehicle (make, model, year, registration number)
Provide proof of ownership if requested (such as vehicle registration documents and personal ID)
Ensure safe and legal access to the vehicle at the service location
For certain services (such as vehicle lockout help or creating a replacement key), customers may be required to:
Sign a service agreement confirming they have legal authority to request the service
Provide additional identification if necessary
We reserve the right to refuse service if proof of ownership cannot be verified.
3. Personal Information and Disclosure
We may collect personal information (such as name, address, phone number, vehicle details, and identification documents) for verification and service purposes.
This information will be handled securely and used only for legitimate service and record-keeping reasons.
We may share customer information with law enforcement authorities if legally required or if criminal activity is suspected.
4. Quotes and Payment
All quotes are based on the details you provide.
If the situation on-site differs from the information provided, the final price may change.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and most major debit/credit cards.

5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
Late cancellations (within 3 hour of the scheduled appointment) may result in a call-out charge.
6. Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on keys and remotes supplied and programmed by MON-KEY Auto Locksmith.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, or unauthorised repairs.
7. Liability
MON-KEY Auto Locksmith is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
Vehicle issues unrelated to our service (e.g., ECU faults, ignition failures)
Losses resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, severe weather)
We take every reasonable care during service but cannot guarantee against risks inherent in working with older or damaged vehicles.
8. Website and Content Ownership
All content on www.mon-key.uk is the property of MON-KEY Auto Locksmith.
No part of the website may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
Continued use of our services after changes have been made means you accept the new terms.
